Sales process
1. Presentation
- Visit to the plot and presentation of the project
- Selecting your flat
2. Reservation
- Pre-agreement for bank financing
- Fill in the booking form and send it to Naef
- Pay the reservation deposit to the notary
- Receive acknowledgement of receipt of funds from the notary
3. Commitment
- Payment of 20% of the price, less the deposit
- Signature of the promise to sell at the notary's office
4. Construction
- Approval of the various plans (electrical installations, any modifications made by the purchasers)
- Approval of any quotations
- Choice of kitchens and bathrooms
- Choice of floor and wall finishes
5. Financing
- Sign the mortgage contract with the bank of your choice
- Inform the notary of the amount of the loan and the mortgage schedule required
- Démarche en cas de retrait du 2e ou 3e pilier
6. Livraison
- On-site assessment of alterations and potential defects
- Signature of the deed of purchase and mortgage deed at the notary's office
- Settlement of the balance of the purchase price at the notary's office
- Handover of keys
