Sales process

1. Presentation

  • Visit to the plot and presentation of the project
  • Selecting your flat

2. Reservation

  • Pre-agreement for bank financing
  • Fill in the booking form and send it to Naef
  • Pay the reservation deposit to the notary
  • Receive acknowledgement of receipt of funds from the notary

3. Commitment

  • Payment of 20% of the price, less the deposit
  • Signature of the promise to sell at the notary's office

4. Construction

  • Approval of the various plans (electrical installations, any modifications made by the purchasers)
  • Approval of any quotations
  • Choice of kitchens and bathrooms
  • Choice of floor and wall finishes

5. Financing

  • Sign the mortgage contract with the bank of your choice
  • Inform the notary of the amount of the loan and the mortgage schedule required
  • Démarche en cas de retrait du 2e ou 3e pilier

6. Livraison

  • On-site assessment of alterations and potential defects
  • Signature of the deed of purchase and mortgage deed at the notary's office
  • Settlement of the balance of the purchase price at the notary's office
  • Handover of keys
